–In order for papers to be presented, the presenting author must have paid the congress registration fee.

–Abstracts to be prepared may be original research or compilation.

–Authors can present their papers orally or as a poster.

–Turkish grammar and spelling rules should be taken into consideration in the abstract. The authors are responsible for all punctuation, spelling and formatting errors in the text.

-Abstracts will be sent in both Turkish and English.

–The names and surnames of the authors of the papers, their institution and city should be clearly stated in the relevant section.

–Academic titles must not be used in names.

–The font must be Times New Roman, 12 points, one and a half (1.5) line spacing.

–Only the first letters of the words in the text title should be capitalized. Abbreviations should not be used in the headline.

–Papers should include Abstract, Purpose, Method, Findings, Conclusion, Keywords sections.

–The abstract title should be short and reflect the content of the subject.

–The abstract should not contain pictures, tables or references.

–Symbols, special characters or mathematical formulas should not be used in the abstract and title (significant statistical values and p significance level may be specified).

–The paper text must be a maximum of 300 words, excluding the title, author names and institutions.

–Standard abbreviations are accepted. The first occurrence of the word is given in parentheses and that abbreviation is used throughout the text.

–It is not guaranteed that every submitted paper will be accepted. The Congress Scientific Committee will make the final decision on the acceptance or rejection of the paper, and may ask for corrections from the authors if they deem necessary.
